Living with Darkness
As we enter the dark months of the year, many people feel like we are experiencing a dark time in our country as well. This informal service in the Victorian Parlor will explore learning to live in darkness and embrace its blessings, while not losing sight of the light.
A Yoga Practice for Releasing Life-Force Energy
Does your prana get stuck? We’ll practice guided meditation and gentle, seated yoga to identify and release these areas. This practice is appropriate for everyone – all ages and levels of mobility. Please wear clothes that allow you to move a little! LISTEN:
