Planning for the end of our lives is important in this time of climate crisis to protect the people and places we love. The service will have reflections on the new model of ‘green burial’ from Barb Newcamp, Amelia Carr, and Sue Mallick.
Remembering Martin Luther King Jr’s words, “The time is always right to do what is right” we will look at Meadville residents Mr Elias Allen and Judge Pearson Church who by their courageous acts in the fall of 1880 set the stage for the desegregation of schools in Pennsylvania the following year.
