Some skills and attributes are universally important for good leadership like empathy and active listening. This talk will cover some of the important aspects of leadership and how you can lead with purpose and impact.

 

Elise Michaux, is a speaker, creative, and educator. She is currently working on her PhD in organizational learning and leadership at Gannon University. elise gets to put this knowledge into practice every day serving as the marketing and communications director at America’s newest community college, Erie County Community College. When she’s not studying or working, elise loves to take to her social media platforms to encourage others to be their best selves.
