My name is Saruni Lemargeroi, and I serve as Director of Religious Life at Allegheny College. In that role, I support students, faculty, and staff of all faith traditions and of none. I was born and raised in Kenya, East Africa. I earned a Bachelor of Theology from Africa International University in Nairobi and a master’s degree from Wheaton College in Illinois. I bring a global perspective to my work of building interfaith understanding, caring for the spiritual lives of our campus community, and creating spaces where people can explore questions of meaning, purpose, and belonging. I’m grateful for the chance to share a Sunday with the Unitarian Universalist Church of Meadville.
