We are living through a time when traditional gender binaries are being challenged. As some embrace a more expansive understanding of gender and sexuality, others seek to reassert traditional gender identities and roles. At this interesting juncture, we begin Women’s History Month by looking at some of the women who contributed to our congregation from its earliest days and over the decades.
