SUNDAY SERVICE 10:30 AM
May 5, 2024

“No One Comes to This House Who Is Not Changed.”- Rev. Alison Wohler
Today we will welcome new members.  But this celebration is always a good moment to re-welcome ourselves, to remember why we are here and the power of religious community.  Plus I get to spend time with the congregation that launched me into a career in Ministry.  Hope to see you there!

POTLUCK – Sunday May 5 after the Service ” Welcome to the Family”   Please bring a Mom’s or  family  favorite dish to share.  Help us celebrate new members to UUCM.

  •  May 5th will be New Member Sunday, when we will celebrate those who have joined the church this year.  Don’t miss this festive occasion!

FLOWER DEDICATIONS
Dedicating flowers for Sunday service is a lovely way to share beauty and honor people you love~ Please consider dedicating Sunday flowers on dates throughout the year that are meaningful to you on your journey.
You can sign-up by contacting Jodi at the office if you have a date in mind.  Then, you can bring the flowers, or for the cost of $25 (or more) an arrangement will be provided. Either way, the flowers are yours to give or enjoy after the service.  Please direct any questions to Peggy Bell at (724) 256-2268.

SHARE-THE-PLATE
Every month, we share our offerings with a community group whose mission is consonant with ours. This month we have selected the Crawford County Mental Health Awareness Program (CHAPS). CHAPS is a non-profit, consumer-driven organization that was founded in 1988.  From day one, CHAPS has been committed to the mission of supporting consumers of mental health services,   advocating for the improvement of local mental health services.
